Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and workplace facilities on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple regression approach. The results indicate that work motivation and workplace facilities together have a significant impact on employee performance, with an R Square value of 41.6%, while 58.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Partially, workplace facilities have a more dominant influence on employee performance, contributing 26.1%, compared to work motivation, which contributes 15.3%. Correlation analysis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.508, which falls within the moderately strong category. Therefore, improving workplace facilities and providing motivation from leadership are essential to enhancing employee performance.
