Abstract
Human resources have a very important role in the company's activities or activities in achieving goals, in this case related to how it can be done to maintain or develop human resources in order to encourage progress for the company, therefore companies need to encourage human resources within the company in order to have work motivation and high work discipline towards the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Gaya Intrumentasi Numerik, because the company still has obstacles in optimizing employee performance. PT. Gaya Intrumentasi Numerik with all employees. Data collection in this study was supported by secondary and primary data sources. Survey method with a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, that is, all employees are respondents. The analytical tool used is the susceptible scale technique for the descriptive method and multiple linear regression for the associative analysis method. The results of this study reveal that work motivation, work discipline on employee performance are in the "good enough" category. While the influence of work motivation partially on employee performance is more dominant than work discipline. Meanwhile, simultaneously work motivation and work discipline have a strong effect on employee performance of 0.739.
