Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan as a new health program on February 14, 2020 as a form of implementation of the health insurance program. With the existence of BPJS Kesehatan, health insurance participants will receive health protection in the form of health care benefits and protection benefits in meeting basic needs. Of course, these two benefits can be enjoyed by every community who has paid the BPJS Kesehatan monthly dues. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on participant satisfaction at BPJS Kesehatan in Garut Regency. In this research, the method used is descriptive verification method. While the data analysis technique used is the correlation technique between variables to prove the influence of service quality and price on participant satisfaction. The results of the correlation analysis between service quality and price with participant satisfaction were R = 0.720. This shows a strong and unidirectional relationship between service quality (X1 ) and price (X 2 ) with participant satisfaction (Y). The results of the analysis of the determinant coefficient show that service quality and price have an effect on participant satisfaction by 0.518 and the remaining 0.482 influenced by other factors. F test results obtained F > count  52,123 F , meaning accepted and rejected, table  3,093 meaning that service quality and price simultaneously affect participant satisfaction.
