Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study (1) how to human resource audit, work motivation and teacher performance , (2) what an influential human resource audit of teacher performance, (3) what an influential work motivation of teacher performance , (4) what simultaneously influential human resource audit and work motivation of teacher performance. This research uses descriptive- associative causal method with qualitative approach in Widya Dirgantara Bandung Vocational High School. The results of this study show that: (1) human resource audit based on a questionnaire get calculated variabel average value 3,80 in the “Good” category, work motivation based on a questionnaire get calculated variabel average value 3,84 in the “Good” category and teacher performance based on a questionnaire get calculated variabel average value 4,18 in the “Good” category (2) Human Resource Audit influences Teacher Performance has a medium relationship with a correlation value of 0.540 and has an influence of 27.6% (3) Work Motivation influences Teacher Performance has a strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.602 and has an influence of 34.8% (4) Human Resource Audit and Work Motivation simultaneously affect Teacher Performance has a strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.630 and has an influence of 37%.
