Abstract

PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, STRES KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DI HOTEL GRAND MERCURE BANDUNG ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap Hotel Grand Mercure Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Grand Mercure Bandung yang berjumlah 53 orang sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 24 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap terhadap turnover intention sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Perusahaan diharapkan memperhatikan kepuasan karyawan dan memperhatikan waktu kerja karyawan agar mereka tidak merasa stres dan dapat menurunkan tingkat turnover intention Hotel Grand Mercure Bandung.
