Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem yang efektif dan efisien di berbagai sektor, termasuk dalam industri properti. Sistem penjualan properti di Puri Idaman Ciamis yang masih dilakukan secara manual mengakibatkan proses informasi dan pemesanan menjadi lambat dan kurang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan properti berbasis web yang mampu mengotomatisasi penyampaian informasi unit properti dan memudahkan proses pemesanan secara online. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dengan basis data MySQL, serta antarmuka yang responsif dan user-friendly. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box memastikan fungsi-fungsi utama seperti pencarian properti, form pemesanan, dan manajemen data berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan sistem informasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data penjualan, memberikan akses informasi real-time kepada calon pembeli, serta mempercepat proses pemesanan unit properti di Puri Idaman Ciamis. Sistem juga menyediakan dashboard admin untuk pengelolaan data yang mudah dan terintegrasi. Dengan demikian, sistem ini memberikan solusi teknologi informasi yang dapat menunjang kegiatan bisnis pengembang properti dalam era digital. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan Properti, Web, Waterfall, Puri Idaman Ciamis, Laravel, Black Box Testing ABSTRACT The rapid development of information technology has driven the need for effective and efficient systems across various sectors, including the property industry. The property sales system at Puri Idaman Ciamis, which is still conducted manually, results in a slow and poorly integrated information and booking process. This research aims to design and build a web-based property sales information system capable of automating the delivery of property unit information and simplifying the online booking process. This system was developed using the Waterfall method, encompassing the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database, and features a responsive and user-friendly interface. System testing was conducted using the Black Box method to ensure that key functions such as property search, the booking form, and data management operate as required. The development results indicate that this information system can enhance the efficiency of sales data management, provide real-time information access to prospective buyers, and accelerate the property unit booking process at Puri Idaman Ciamis. The system also provides an admin dashboard for easy and integrated data management. Thus, this system offers an information technology solution that can support the business activities of the property developer in the digital era.
