Abstract

Industri 4.0 segala bentuk aspek keunggulan sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk menciptakan daya saing untuk mencapai tujuan dan memajukan usahanya. Sebagai upaya untuk menghadapi semua tantangan, hambatan, serta perubahan yang terjadi akibat globalisasi, maka sebuah perusahaan ataupun organisasi memerlukan potensi dan kekuatan internal yang kokoh. Hal ini karena perusahaan yang ingin berkembang dan maju, harus mampu mengatasi setiap persoalan dengan solusi yang tepat sesuai situasi dan juga kondisi yang tengah dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh reward terhadap motivasi karyawan pada Pos Indonesia, (2) pengaruh punishment terhadap motivasi karyawan pada Pos Indonesia, (3) pengaruh pemberian reward dan punishment terhadap motivasi karyawan pada Pos Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Motivasi Karyawan (Y) sebagai variabel dependen, dan variabel independennya adalah reward (X1) dan punishment (X2). Populasi dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Data kuesioner yang dikumpulkan telah di uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf siginifikansi sebesar 5% menunjukkan bahwa: Hasil uji f sebesar 58,301. nilai f lebih besar dari f tabel (58,301 > 3,18). Dengan demikian, variabel X1 dan X2 jika diuji secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Hasil uji t X1 sebesar 5,353 dimana lebih besar dari t tabel (1,676), dimana Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh variabel X1 terhadap variabel Y. Dan hasil uji t X2 sebesar 2,715 dimana lebih besar dari t tabel (1,676), dimana Ho ditolak dan Hi iterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh variabel X2 terhadap variabel Y. Industry 4.0 all aspects of excellence are needed to create competitiveness to achieve company goals and advance business. In an effort to face all the challenges, obstacles, and changes that occur due to globalization, a company or organization requires strong internal potential and strength. This is because companies that want to develop and progress must be able to overcome every problem with the right solution according to the situation and conditions at hand. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of reward on employee motivation at Pos Indonesia, (2) the effect of punishment on employee motivation at Pos Indonesia, (3) the effect of reward and punishment on employee motivation at Pos Indonesia. This research includes descriptive and associative research using quantitative approach methods. The variables used in this study include employee motivation (Y) as the dependent variable, and the independent variables are reward (X1) and punishment (X2). The population in this study uses a probability sampling technique, namely the entire population is used as a sample. The collected questionnaire data has been tested for validity and reliability testing, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% showed that: The f test results were 58.301. f value is greater than f table (58.301 > 3.18). Thus, the X1 and X2 variables if tested together or simultaneously have an effect on the Y variable. The X1 t test results are 5.353 which is greater than t table (1.676), where Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted, which means that there is an effect of the X1 variable on the variable. Y. And the results of the t-test X2 of 2.715 which is greater than the t-table (1.676), where Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted, which means that there is an effect of the X2 variable on the Y variable.
