Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of knowledge management activities in a company engaged in constructionservices, especially in contractor services, or better known as field implementers in the city of Bandung. knowledge management itself aims to regulate the knowledge of human resources owned by a company so that later it can easily compete with other companies. This research was conducted using a qualitative method in which the data collection technique was carried out by interviewing several resource persons from contracting companies. The results of thiss study indicate that knowledge management activities hane been carried out well in several contractor companies in the city of Bandung.
