Abstract

Economic aspects are one of the important things regulated by Islam, because the other joints of life also have dependence, economic activities imbued with Islamic teachings are not influenced by anything that harms the perpetrators, one of which is the prohibition of economic activities which haram illegally and cause usury. Human resource management audit is an important factor in improving employee performance. In this study, the population chosen was all employees of PT. BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch Office which amounts to 48 employees. Because the population is relatively small, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The results of the study indicate that Audit of Human Resource Management has an influence on the performance of employees of PT Bank BNI Syariah at the Tasikmalaya Branch Office.
