Abstract

STUDI PEMILIHAN MODA TRANSPORTASI ANTARA KENDARANAN PRIBADI DENGAN KENDARAAN UMUM (BUS TRANS METRO BANDUNG KORIDOR 1 CIBIRUCIBEUREUM) (Acu Sanjaya, 2112207047, Chandra Afriade Siregar, ST.MT, Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Universitas Sangga Buana, Bandung) ABSTRAK Kapasitas jalan yang relatif tetap, sedangkan jumlah kendaraan di Kota Bandung terus menerus bertambah, hal ini dikarenakan meningkatnya pengguna kendaraan pribadi seperti sepeda motor dan mobil pribadi di wilayah kota Bandung. Survey ini dilakukan selama 3 hari, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengambilan data untuk mengetahui tanggapan masyarakat kota Bandung apakah dapat diterima atau tidaknya moda transportasi tersebut, metodenya adalah survey langsung kepada masyarakat pengguna kendaraan pribadi. Untuk itu disusun pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuisioner. Survey dilakukan di wilayah kota Bandung khususnya di wilayah kecematan Cibiru, Bojongloa Kidul dan Andir. Untuk pengolahan data dengan stated preference method. Selanjutnya antribut yang dipilih dianalisis dengan cara analisis regresi linear. Dari hasil survey yang dilakukan kepada 205 responden, maka diperoleh data sebanyak 114 responden mau beralih menggunakan Bus Trans Metro Bandung, yang terdiri dari 28 responden pengguna mobil pribadi dan 86 responden pengguna sepeda motor. Faktor – faktor yang paling mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam memilih moda transportasi antara lain : ketepatan waktu sebesar 32.00 %, dari segi tarif perjalanan (murah) yaitu sebesar 17.00 % , dan dari tingkat pelayanannya (nyaman) sebesar 24.00% (aman) sebesar 17.00 %. Berdasarkan analisa perhitungan yang dilakukan dari hasil survey tersebut, maka akan dapat menghemat biaya transportasi sebesar Rp.29.079.00 untuk setiap satu harinya, : Sedankan konsumsi bahan bakar yang dapat di hemat adalahn 769.23+200 =969.23 - 226 = (743.23).. Dengan perincian sebagai berikut Maka total komsumsi BBM yang dapat dihemat untuk tiap satu harinya adalah sebesar 743.23 untuk tiap harinya. This survey was carried out for 3 days, then continued with data collection to find out the response of the people of Bandung city whether this mode of transportation was acceptable or not. The method was a direct survey of people who use private vehicles. For this reason, questions are prepared in the form of a questionnaire. The survey was carried out in the Bandung city area, especially in the Cibiru, Bojongloa Kidul and Andir sub-districts. For processing data with the stated preference method. Next, the selected attributes are analyzed using linear regression analysis. From the results of a survey conducted on 205 respondents, data was obtained that 114 respondents wanted to switch to using the Trans Metro Bandung Bus, consisting of 28 respondents who used private cars and 86 respondents who used motorbikes. The factors that most influence people in choosing a mode of transportation include: punctuality at 32.00%, in terms of travel fare (cheap) at 17.00%, and in terms of service level (comfortable) at 24.00% (safe) at 17.00%. Based on the calculation analysis carried out from the survey results, it will be possible to save transportation costs of Rp.29,079.00 per day,: Meanwhile, the fuel consumption that can be saved is 769.23+200 = 969.23 - 226 = (743.23).
