Abstract

Human resources are the main element in the success of companies that have the quality to help companies achieve goals and overcome obstacles in the business world. The discipline of human resources in the Company is a concern for researchers, because based on surveys there are shortcomings in work discipline and conditions in the work environment that are a concern for researchers so that employee performance can maximize their work well. The purpose of the study is to determine whether work discipline and work environment have an influence on employee performance. The method used in this study was descriptive and verifiative with 49 samples. The data collected through this questionnaire amounted to 10 indicators of work discipline as well as 4 indicators of the work environment and 4 indicators of employee performance. The research used is a classical hypothesis test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, F test, T test and multiple linear test with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program and application, with results showing that work discipline and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance. However, without using a constant regression model, the value of determination in work discipline and work environment affects employee performance by 56.5% and the rest is not studied.
