Abstract

ABSTRAK Kota Bandung ialah kota besar yang sedang berkembang karena fasilitas dan transportasi yang tersedia di segala wilayahnya. Dengan keadaan tersebut maka tingkat perkembangan perkotaan serta peningkatan volume lalu lintas di Kota Bandung, diharapkan bisa melayani kondisi lalu lintasnya. Kemacetan di Kota Bandung sering sekali terjadi terutama di beberapa persimpangan jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh denganpengambilan data lalu lintas selama 3 hari yaitu Senin, Kamis, dan Minggu pada saat jam puncak pagi, siang maupun sore dan pengukuran langsung kondisi geometrik simpang. Data sekunder berupa data jumlah penduduk kota Bandung tahun 2022. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada MKJI 1997. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kaki Simpang Tak Bersinyal Ciwastra Kota Bandung (Jl. Ibrahim Adjie - Jl. Margacinta), didapatkan Kapasitas (C) Simpang Tak Berinyal Ciwastra Kota Bandung Jawa Barat ini khususnya pada jam 17.00 – 18.00 WIB sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 3499 smp/jam > 2700 smp/jam. Kapasitas Dasar (Co) untuk tipe simpang 322 ini. Kinerja lalu lintas pada Simpang Tak Berinyal Ciwastra Kota Bandung Jawa Barat khususnya pada jam 17.00 – 18.00 WIB ini berada pada kondisi yang sangat buruk dan mempunyai angka derajat kejenuhan / DS sebesar 1,047 > 0,75. Sehinnga masuk ke dalam karakteristik Tingkat Pelayanan F yaitu Arus yang terhambat, kecepatan rendah, volume diatas kapasitas, banyak berhenti. Kata Kunci: Simpang, MKJI 1997, Derajat Kejenuhan, Tingkat Pelayanan. ABSTRACT The city of Bandung is a big city that is developing because of the facilities and transportation available in all its areas. With this situation, the level of urban development and the increase in traffic volume in Bandung City are expected to be able to serve its traffic conditions. Congestion in Bandung City often occurs, especially at several road intersections. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by taking traffic data for 3 days, namely Monday, Thursday and Sunday during peak hours in the morning, afternoon and evening and directly measuring the geometric conditions of the intersection. Secondary data is data on the population of the city of Bandung in 2022. Data analysis in this research refers to the 1997 MKJI. The results of the research show that at the foot of the Ciwastra Unsignalized Intersection, Bandung City (Jl. Ibrahim Adjie - Jl. Margacinta), the Capacity (C) of the Ciwastra Unsignalized Intersection, Bandung City, West Java, especially at 17.00 - 18.00 WIB, is very high, namely 3499 pcu /hour > 2700 pcu/hour. Basic Capacity (Co) for this type of intersection 322. The traffic performance at the Ciwastra Interchange, Bandung City, West Java, especially at 17.00 - 18.00 WIB, is in very bad condition and has a degree of saturation / DS of 1.047 > 0.75. So it falls into the characteristics of Service Level F, namely obstructed flow, low speed, volume above capacity, lots of stops.
