Abstract

Indonesia has quite promising opportunities for agribusiness due to its geographical location. With this great opportunity, many agribusiness businesses are improving their strategies to be able to compete and continue to develop in their industry. To be able to develop, a business must pay attention to both the external side of the company and the internal side. One of the things that agribusiness businesses pay attention to in order to develop internally is employee motivation. Thus, this research aims to see what is the source of the problem in decreasing work motivation, and what strategies can be implemented to increase work motivation. The research methodology approach used is a qualitative approach which will then be processed by collecting primary and secondary data. This research provides a strategy for increasing work motivation at Rumah GEMI 0418 Cimahi by conducting a SWOT analysis of work motivation.
