Abstract

ABSTRAK Perbandingan Efisiensi Biaya dan Efisiensi Waktu Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Dinding Bata Merah dan Dinding Bata Ringan Oleh Dewi Latifah, NPM : 2112217030 Tuntutan akan pencapaian biaya, waktu, dan mutu yang paling efektif dan efisien sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan dalam industri konstruksi saat ini, begitu pula dengan perkembangan bahan bangunan yang juga semakin maju. Untuk memperoleh material yang dapat mempercepat pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan menekan biaya pelaksanaan, banyak produsen material berlomba-lomba untuk berinovasi, menciptakan, dan mengembangkan teknologi. Salah satu contohnya adalah tersedianya batu bata ringan sebagai material dinding bangunan. Pemilihan bahan material yang akan dipakai pada sebuah proyek, akan memiliki dampak yang cukup besar pada perencanaan jadwal dan biaya proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan perbandingan efisiensi dari segi biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding bata merah dan dinding bata ringan berdasarkan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022 dan berdasarkan perhitungan dilapangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan Standar AHSPK Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022 diperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan bata merah lebih efisien jika dibanding dengan bata ringan, baik dari segi biaya maupun dari segi waktu pelaksanaan, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan di lapangan diperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan bata ringan lebih efisien jika dibanding bata merah, baik dari segi biaya maupun dari segi waktu pelaksanaan. In order to acquire materials that can speed up the implementation of work and reduce implementation costs, numerous material manufacturers are competing to innovate, create, and develop technology. One example of this is the availability of lightweight brick as a material for building walls. The selection of materials that will be used on a project will have a significant impact on the planning schedule and project costs. This research aims to provide a comparison of efficiency in terms of costs and time for carrying out work on red brick walls and light brick walls based on the Unit Price Analysis of Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022 and based on field calculations. Based on the results of the analysis of AHSPK Standard calculations of Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022, the results were obtained that the use of red bricks was more efficient compared to lightweight bricks, both in terms of cost and implementation time, while based on the results of calculation analysis in the field, the results were obtained that the use of lightweight bricks was more efficient compared to red bricks, both in terms of costs and in terms of implementation time.
