Abstract

The research conducted at PT Hutama Karya (Persero) 10 assess and and clearly 'he influence of Wisk assessment in the application of risk management processes base price, amount of personnel und time implementation to winning the bid also analyzed the level of efficiency and profitabilty of the strategv of winning the hid find factor, that influence value of winning the bid proposal. This research uses 3 (three) structural model namely, the first model oriemed 10 the assessment of the phenomenon uinning Ihe bid, the second is a model for the level efficiency, and thind search Strategies game theory simulation that influence the value the bid proposa. The tools used to analyse the model is the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression method mode/ 2 using the method of data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and third game theory based on linear programming.
