Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal factors (return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), price earning ratio (PER), debt to asset ratio (DAR), debt to equity ratio. (DER), company size (size) and external (exchange rates, interest rates, inflation) companies that affect stock prices. This research was conducted on 25 banking sector financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2017 with purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that internal and external factors affect stock prices. Partial research is return on assets (ROA), price earning ratio (PER), debt to assets ratio (DAR), firm size (size), exchange rate, interest rates have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), inflation have a negative and insignificant effect, debt to equity ratio (DER) has a positive and insignificant effect on bank stock prices.
