Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, risk management on managerial performance in the environment of survey universities at Pos Indonesia Polytechnic. The results showed that ANOVA or F test table, obtained F calculated value of 35.057 with probability 0.000. Because probability is much less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the regression coefficient of Good Corporate Governance, Internal Audit and Risk Management is not equal to zero, or the three independent variables simultaneously affect the Managerial Performance
