Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Profitability, Sales Growth, Asset Growth, Asset Cash Flow and Leverage to Divedend Policy in Property and realestate sector companies listed on the IDX in the period 2008-2012. The analysis technique used is the fixed effect regression with white-test method and test hypotheses using the t-statisticfor testing the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the significance of the effect together with the level of significance of 5%. It also performed classical assumption that includes test heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test. The results of the analysis indicate that the variable Profitability, Sales Growth and Leverage partially significant influence and positive itnpact on the Dividend Policy. The predictive ability of these Jive variables on the dividend policy of 65.50/0 while the variation of the remaining 34.5% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model.
